We have more than 8 QC personnel composing of engineers, technicians and production staff who are well-trained to perform QC inspection.

Our QC Procedures include Material & Operator Acceptance, Process Inspection, and Delivery Spot Test etc.

Raw materials and components are checked thoroughly, making sure that they are the best quality. We also have staff to check each stage of production, and at the same time conduct random testing on products. Finished products (pre-packaging and after packaging) are again scrutinized to assure defect-free items. Finally, each product is once again checked before delivery.

We can offer carton packaging, pallet loading etc.

Our regular payment term is 30% deposit and 70% balance payment by TT. Anyway, we also accept L/C or other payment term. If you have any request on the payment term, pls send us an email.

We are equipped with 48sets of PP yarn making machine & 85 sets of pp webbing machine with the monthly output of 3500 tons ( 140 x 40’HQ ) of pp yarn and 150tons pp webbing.

Our regular lead time is two to four weeks according to the off or peak seasons.

It depends, for some regular products, we always have stocks in our warehouse and haven’t any MOQ request. For the products need to produce according to your order only, normally MOQ is 300kgs.

We can provide PP Multifilament Yarn (PP Yarn FDY) and PP Hollow Yarn from 240D to 2400D in Recycle black, virgin black, Raw white, Bleached white and Colors, which passed REACH & ROHS testing and widely used for Rigid PP webbing tape, Elastic Webbing, Seat Safety Belt, Shoelaces, Shoes and garment accessories, Zipper tag, Etc.
